These bioweapons and "countermeasure-prototypes" cause immunodeficiency. Immunodeficiency leads to slow death from unusual causes, as we will recall from the AIDS pandemic.
Look, the reason that the 'Intelligence' community get away with psychopathic and pathological lying, day after day, month after month, decade after decade, is simple: there is no overwhelming punishment for them which would make them prefer to tell the truth.
If you ever want truth from the Intelligence services, they must be threatened with a wipe out of their own bloodlines.
They don't have consciences, so can't be appealed to via decency. They have merely a 'Weltanschauuing' (translated from, German as 'a way of looking at the world') that puts their own interests first, second and last. Their sole criterion for judging their own actions is this: 'did we get away with it, will we be getting richer as a result of it and will that wealth continue to grow if we keep behaving like that in future?'
