Let's euthize Gates and Trudeau by removing their organs..it's the least the can do for humanity..

British public wants "investigation" of gang rapes that have been allowed for 25+ years???

Pathetic...Mass arrests and deportations are the only way to get anywhere, since the upper class obviously approves of these rapes and likes trafficked kids...

The fight over Greenland's alleged mineral resources reminds me of the Falklands War (in which the UK was losing until the US Navy bailed them out)...The hyped oil and gas offshore Falklands has never been exploited due to its remoteness, depth and bad weather...Offshore Alaska certainly has oil and gas, but Chevron lost $7 billion trying to drill, and gave up....

Killing people for their organs is profitable. This is the most lipstick I've seen on it.

Usually it is just hidden by wars and prison-camps and gang-kidnappings.

Assets! - money! - politics! The world is not ours to pillage and loot to increase wealth. China is looking to take over Greenland, too. It has a great deal of the world's land mass already.. It is criminal and preposterous that the American government permitted China to buy land here in America. Would China permit America to buy land in China? I believe that President Trump's interest in Greenland is also to stop China's takeover.

That is a nationalist view. There are also globalist views. Powerful people dictate policies to "nations". There are fewer nations than vassals...

It's a mess, and ther is fog of war, but sometimes we see things, too, huh?

“Dima at Military Summary says "The Battle For The Arctic Has Begun, Behold, Trump Is Coming!" He has a lot of fun for the first 8 minutes laying out how an East-West Arctic split between Russia and the US can lead to cooperation and de-facto alliance between these two superpowers.”

————————————————————-

Well, … not so easy! All wishful thinking, …

There cannot be any cooperation - alliance of any form - between the US and Russia. Period! Think ‘weakness’. Think Trump. Think capitulation without a fight, …

Trump will not, ( … CANNOT! ) show any sign / kind of a defeat! Period. Such would relegate the US to negotiated acceptance of multipolarity, … cannot have that!

… and Russia, Putin? Multipolarity for Putin would be just fine. Plenty of evidence is out there if you care to look. WW-3 would be avoided for time being, for sure, … and then what? WHAT?

Trump sees things his own way. Locking in some kind of friendly bi=polarity might be fine. At carter's funeral Trump and Obama were suddenly laughing and joking, while Bush II was rigid and distant.

Hmmm...

Game-theory likely applies. Cutting out, or demoting China would be good for Russia and the US. We'll see. Financial crisis this spring is rumored...

"Cutting out, or demoting China would be good for Russia and the US."

________________________________

Well, maybe good for the US. For Russia? Pretty bad, ... divide and conquer each at most opportune time.

I believe union of some strong kind between Russia and China is essential for both to continue to hold their own and/or continue to prosper. After all, these two nations are proverbial tweens: share vast length of a common boarder: ... 4,210 kilometres (2,616 miles).

On each own, separately, for sure Russia can be isolated - think energy, NorthStream pipeline. But you would not be able to sever pipeline, easily, between these two without grave consequences if they are "the team". Just an illustrative example...

"Financial crisis this spring is rumored..."

Yes. Vast majority of financial gurus bet that economy will grow in '25. Just like it did for last two years. OK!

Me? I have no phlunkin' idea one way or the another. Consequently, I never do make any predictions. Always, ... always I just play the market I view for the next three or five days ahead. Pretty well stick - roughly - to "The Rules Of Bob Farrell".

Strangely ( or coincidently ) enough, one guy I follow closely just published updated version of Bob's rules. Link should it be of interest:

I intended to convey that I thought subordinating China would be better for the US and Russia than being ruled by China. I did not mean cutting-China-out from global economy. What I have studied of the history of nations suggests to me that Russia and the US have a lot of core features in common, which neither has in common with China.

Many might disagree.

Of course, some folks who bother to, idly speculate with no particular logic or a sound argument or conviction. Perhaps most…

At least at present - this century - neither Russia nor China seems interested much in hegemony. In fact, I don’t believe that either one of them would be able to muster such status, anyway. Geography a primarily impediment.

Only the US is blessed with such a position, … set up (surrounded by natural wide moat and bunch of eager beavers who wanna-become-‘Muricans to the North - Trump knows this! ). You see, we have millions and millions of Danielle Smith’s and Kevin O’Leary’s in Canada!

Anyway, aside note: I remember that way, way back when USSR and China were not exactly on the most friendly terms, Soviets were quietly speculating that Chinese could overtake them by just throwing all their Chairman Mao hats on them - all at once1 - and that would just do it! Yet Chinese never tried that, …

… interesting times, eh?

Well amidst all the mess I was glad to see your post on the truth social message from The Donald referring to Jeff Sachs on Netanyahu. Meaningful and delicate. Trump talks to everyone. Interesting to see where this goes as Elon is with him and neither of them like child harm ... no on child harm... period. It was one story Dr John that I took a speck of hope from as I watch the cascade of right media rising up to suppress all criticism of Netanyahu cabal and conflate that speech against genocide with all the rest of lefty mishegoss. Sachs, Napolitano, McGovern, Musk, Greenwald...you...thank God for you all.

Thank you for elevating me into such high standing MClark.

The Donald has been snubbed badly by Bibi a few times. Bibi getting thrown under the bus will be expedient for many other parties at some time.

If global oil supplies come to hinge upon the Arctic, it could really reshape geopolitics. Halford Mackinder never figured the Arctic or oil supplies into his geostrategic model.

I’m not sure if a following article was shared here earlier but I believe it explains what is it that is driving current geopolitics. In a nutshell, it explains, “The re-election of President Trump refocuses market thinking on protectionism and economic statecraft, not economic policy”.

I have now read that, but Every doesn't get thermoeconomics, the criticality of energy resources, or he doesn't show that he does.

Trump grabs Greenland to swap for lost Ukraine-collateral, much of which is energy, and also mined.

Just like FDR, Trump will be able to pick winners & losers. I hope he takes down London.

“Every doesn't get…”

____

Every is an employee. Rabobank. Once upon a time, I was an employee, too: M.A.N., Fletcher Challenge, Apache. At those times, I posted what I posted only what I thought would not cause any unnecessary friction between my employer and myself. It mostly worked. I just inflicted a couple of conflicts in my career. Just two, … quite memorable. One of them was arguing content - energy project’s future that I was personally supervising - of Apache’s New York investment symposium presentation. That did’t work out quite, quite well, but I digress.

Anyway, Every, … he is best listened to in person on camera. You need to see his body responding as he dishes out his every calculated word and sentence, intones his diction. Big, big difference, … message comes drastically more complete. In contrast, his written article are quite blank.

And Trump? Trump has no self-reflection. Its true…

I am also assuming that, since a Trump actually went there, there will be condos involved. And that the Clinton Foundation will want a piece. Just being pragmatic.

And thank you again for the big picture. Now, do you think Trump is just trolling Trudeau, or is the US going to be massively bigger? Looks to me like even though Trump's ducks are very odd indeed, they are all neatly in a row. Hitting the ground running. Or paddling furiously. For better or worse, IMO, Trump has been making a lot of plans during his four year hiatus.
