It's a mess created by mendacity, incompetence & almost every major nation being a double or even treble agent.

As I'm supposed to be erudite & well informed (yet utterly confused) one wonders how TF the ordinary citizen makes any sense of it at all.

Very well laid out John, as always

There is a Judo move possible with this call for Amnesty. Indeed a very powerful one which in my opinion would bring truth into the spotlight.

A Covid-19 Truth and Reconciliation Commission. As most will recall the (TRC) was a court-like restorative justice body assembled in South Africa in 1996 after the end of apartheid. Authorised by Nelson Mandela and chaired by Desmond Tutu, the commission invited witnesses who were identified as victims of gross human rights violations to give statements about their experiences, and selected some for public hearings. Perpetrators of violence could also give testimony and request amnesty from both civil and criminal prosecution.

We can see where things go, but there needs to be a whole lot of discovery before any resolution is negotiated.

Yes and aside from criminal prosecution and years in fraudulent courts one way forward is to flip the script. Demand Truth and Reconciliation Commission be set up to go over the evidence and liberal heads explode. In fact another angle is taking a page from the Vietnam War Crimes tribunal set up by Bertrand Russell. Judo uses the opponent to win.

At this moment in US history we are on the razor edge of permanent totalitarian government. Litigation takes years. And we are peaceful people so there are no Maquis.

I get it. I took Judo in high school in Japan.

Any form of open and public discovery will be good for society, whatever the format.

There will have to be political will.

The currently-reigning cabal won't allow it until it is deosed, right?

So? Bertrand Russell was not allowed either but he did hold the Tribunals. I think with our technology and very well known experts many on Substack the War Crimes Tribunal draw in a few million folk. As the spirit of the students had it in Paris of '68 --Imagination to Power!

I can envision the Tribunal quite easily. The Rumble video of testimony would be over the top.

Then building from this in a free country - maybe Texas- not New York or California-one state might dare have a Truth and Reconciliation Tribunal.

I'm all for it, but crises will be stacking-up for the foreseeable future, I think.

We are being pushed into a short-attention-crisis-cycle, kind of like a news-interest cycle. Pushing overtaxed and tired people is sort of a defense as well as an offense for our owners and their managerial class.

Push back collectively or hang separately. I just rediscovered this today

MEHPA -- MEDICAL FASCISM

The attacks on September 11 led to growing concern about the possible threat of biological terrorism and the ability of the government to respond effectively to such threats at the federal, state, and local level. MSEHPA was released in October as part of the federal government's response to the threat of bioterrorism. MSEHPA is model legislation that would be passed by the states to increase their emergency public health powers. The Model Act was funded through a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC") and written by Professor Larry Gostin, Co-Director of the Center for Law and the Public's Health at Georgetown and Johns Hopkins Universities.

A meeting of the Center for Law and the Public Health (CLPH) was convened on Oct. 5. This group is run jointly by Georgetown University Law School and Johns Hopkins Medical School, and was founded under the auspices of the Center for Disease Control (CDC). CLPH was formed one month prior to the 2000 Presidential election. The purpose of the October meeting was to draft legislation to respond to the then current bioterrorism threat.

After working only 18 days, on Nov. 23 CLPH released a 40-page document called the Model Emergency Health Powers Act (MEHPA). This was a "model" law that HHS is suggesting be enacted by the 50 states to handle future public health emergencies such as bioterrorism. A revised version was released on Dec. 21 containing more specific definitions of "public health emergency" as it pertains to bioterrorism and biologic agents, and includes language for those states that want to use the act for chemical, nuclear or natural disasters.

According to the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), after declaring a "public health emergency", and without consulting with public health authorities, law enforcement, the legislature or courts, a state governor using MEHPA, or anyone he/she decides to empower, can among many things:

Require any individual to be vaccinated. Refusal constitutes a crime and will result in quarantine.

Require any individual to undergo specific medical treatment. Refusal constitutes a crime and will result in quarantine.

Seize any property, including real estate, food, medicine, fuel or clothing, an official thinks necessary to handle the emergency.

Seize and destroy any property alleged to be hazardous. There will be no compensation or recourse.

Draft you or your business into state service.

Impose rationing, price controls, quotas and transportation controls.

Suspend any state law, regulation or rule that is thought to interfere with handling the declared emergency.

By 8/11/2011 40 states have enacted similar legislation.
