Somebody is learning, just not the USA, the UK, and Israel.
Nations, like UK and USA, need to be cautious about to whom they sell missiles, etc. - as those may be fired at their country of origin.
Wasn't it Kruchave who declared at the UN " we will hang you with a rope you sell us"
I think Khruschev told VP Nixon, "We will bury you", in industrial output, but it was quite the headline in US papers.
I looked up the quote, thinking it might have been Lenin:

The problem here is that the controllers always stack the deck in their favor. What they would impose on you, they exempt themselves. They also change the rules mid-game.
