"Starts with holding DOD, HUD, Treasury and its banking depository, the New York Fed, responsible to obey financial management laws both currently and retroactively. Let’s get the $21-plus trillion back." Okay, but HOW. The inmates are running the asylum. They have the means to stay in control.
The "money" is evanescent, and spent, and rehypothecated and GONE, but I agree with the following of it and holding humans to account and finding out what happened.
Yeah, HOW to bell the cat... I believe she does know, though. There are legal procedures, but there are also assassins.
I would strongly advise the more forensic of the Resistors to start asking specific questions about how Larry Fink could be banged up for breaking particular laws.
It's obvious he's a key component in Global Murder Inc., but he's more like the Consigliere of a Sicilian Crime Family than the murderous Don.
If they've simply created laws to allow them to act in ways previously deemed illegal, then more direct action may need to be taken.
But banging him up would send a huge signal to the crime family that no-one in their team is safe....
"Banging him up" means what, exactly, in regards to Larry Fink? Just investigating and prosecuting financial crimes, getting him to turn State's Witness?
The Ike thing takes yet another interesting turn. If it goes to the scrap yard in the near future that will also be telling, no? Perhaps lost at sea in a big storm? Watch and assume, assume the truth is nowhere in sight, so assumption it is.

How to keep him alive...?
I agree with your assessment of his role.

Extensive… this will take days to digest and follow rabbit trails down rabbit holes.
Thanks John for your hard work.
