What would Francis think? Purposefully or accidentially, it is quite symbolic to me. Add in all the other infrastructure and cities and buildings attacked by 'accidents' and the trajectory becomes pretty clear, a deep government bent on self implosion. It's all so shallow, really.

To use a military capability, such as I postulate, in the Baltimore Harbor, would be easiest for which military?

Assuming that most in the military would not cooperate with such a traitorous project, how would it be managed by a select group?

How was 9/11 managed?

I don't know all the details, but Cheney was supposedly running the show that day, in concert with numerous other interests. That was a really big operation, with lots of "training exercises" running to take NORAD out of the picture.

I presume you know as much.

West Pointers. They would do anything.

Otherwise, all dressed up and nowhere to go...can't have that.

Sabotage? Perhaps, …

Container ships, primarily, have a simplest propulsion systems installed (… those are disposable ships, … at ~ 8 years old, Dali is more than 2/3 through its useful life). See diagram on page 42 *) It’s a system of fixed pitch propeller, solid connecting shaft, permanent coupling, and reversible rotation engine.

Such system is simple, cheep, … but with significant limitations. Let’s look at but just two:

1. When reversing is called for, it takes about 10 min or so of powerless drifting to change engine to run in opposite direction.

2. Fixed pitch propeller, … which results in propeller walk **)

And so imagine when your main propulsion suddenly ’pukes’, … suddenly and in confining waters (!) - at speed of about 8 kN, … with a giant bridge in a clear sight ahead, as you speeding in that 300 metre long and 50 metre wide barge with a tremendous mass and all of that, … plus all bunch of shipping containers stack up to the sky to simulate sails action!

You panic, … because you just remembered why gawd created harbour tugs!

… fwiw,

F.S.

The way the bridge was built makes it an easy target 🎯 for

an accident (some type of ship

failure or weather because of the enormous size of cargo

vessels) or some type of sabotage-electronic/mechanical.We want an honest

investigation this time (too many Black Swans lately)

Thank you.

Q. Do they use tugboats in that harbor? Never saw any during visits there

So US officials must have been complicit. This is also true of "wildfires", weather catastrophes, open immigration, and other attacks on American soil. This is a hint that our own government is deeply compromised and is not only "corrupt" in the sense of sold out to the pharma industry and the chemical industry and the energy industry....this is evidence that our own government has a long-term plan to destroy American culture and infrastructure.

This is different from an retributive attack by Russia or China. It is different from BRICS's plan to take down the US Dollar. It is suggestive of something more mysterious and more disturbing.

Your scenario comes across as a very plausible one. I imagine budgets and "planning" in Baltimore are probably similar to those in Detroit in many respects.

But aging imfrastucture is being neglected and mismanaged everywhere.
