What impressed me about Ryabkov is the humility Russians generally exhibit, even the bad cop Medvedev....but especially almost any other Russian official , and Russian peoples, exhibit to me is the quality of being the salt of the earth.

I mean, honest , humble, generous,kind.

Of course I didn't know this myself about Russians despite being born in Russia years ago. The American Arrogance had been nearly rooted in me but I went to AA meetings a while back which helped, I recommend them to anyone who is too arrogant.

That qualifies any American arrogant official, which is every last government employee for starters, to go get some recovery rather than killing us all please

The entire European Union has been captured by Atlanticist elites who have imposed policies that serve hegemonic Western interests and not the interests of ordinary citizens. That’s a definition of treason.

Yes... Treason...

Six weeks + One Day to the Inauguration. President Trump is intelligent enough to realize war is not the answer. War uses the resources of the earth and accelerates its demise. I believe that the Russians want fair negotiations, too. Biden has been involved in Ukraine politics for many years and is responsible for this turmoil in Ukraine. It is one of the top money laundering countries...and Biden and his cronies have been deeply involved in this..

“To spill the beans up front, it looks as if Russia and Iran are not going to be investing blood in the Assad government, which has been deserted by most military units, already”

Greeting, Dr. John,

I guess, finally, unequivocally, we all can state that Russia, Iran, et al, simply are not a match - individually or as a block - to a hegemonic strength of the U.S. Period. Ponder that, …

Consider: Yet another country (Syria), reformatted at a ‘hypersonic’ speed to waist land, Country 404! Who would have thought, … say, as late as last Wednesday?

We just experienced a flash of ongoing reality on this planet Earth. Glimpse of it!

This does not bode well for future of Russia, Iran, China. [ … btw, where is China in all of this turmoil? ]

Anyway, it’s a slow, relentless process, … bah!

This part looks really fast, like it was pre-negotiated and the rug pulled out from under Assad.

Turkey gets to expand further under Sultan Erdogan. How much will "greater" Israel try to gobble up? There are now multiple armed factions. Turkey is going after Kurds, who sit on oil, with US backing, but the US can back out, too. "Not our fight", quoth Trump.

Some Syrian army units went to Damascus, some to the coast, some to Iraq. They are professional soldiers, so what will they do?

Turkey's new HTS (old ISISI) got a PR makeover, but can't be trusted to "rule", so what will be their role, and the roles of various Syrian rebel factions? They are only allied against an enemy which is gone now...

If major players have been negotiating in secret, as I suspect, then the divisions may be quicker and less bloody.

I'll keep an eye on Russia and the Syrian army forces that went towards Russian bases on the coast. The coast is really important.

I watched numerous live vid-clips - from ground up, on alt-media from Syria. What I saw is significant number of A-10 Thunderbolts ( U.S badged Warthogs) criss crossing the sky and mowing down a land with absolute and total impunity. And so yes, it was all pre-planned, pre-dictated, pre-arranged, … and executed fast!

… and so, this whole phlunkin” saga simply goes on! Sort of alike, … say, “Coronation Street”: forever on and on.

I saw that there were a few A-10s. I don't know how many or where. It is a big place. That's a wicked ground-support attack plane.

“Christopher Jon Bjerknes Predicted Putin's Betreial”

Surprised? Don’t be! Just have careful glance at familial roots of each and every Prime Minister of Israel ( plus other prominent - present and past, Jews, as well )

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_prime_ministers_of_Israel

… pretty well every one of them have some kind connection to Russia

Also a look at list of current - and active! - airline connections between Russia and Israel

https://www.wegotravel.ca/flights/il/ru/cheapest-flights-from-israel-to-russia

… like I indicated above, don’t be surprised.

Some followup, germane to the subject: … from Korybko blog:

Reveals few bits on what Trump’s mind holds - at this juncture - on the whole drama. Comments further on some new stuff on Russia / Syria relationship of late. Worth reading between the lines, …

Btw, Alastair Crooke’s vid with Napolitano released this a.m., … sort of, dovetails nicely with Korybko’s screed:

… permit me to add a bit more perspective:

Syria, year 2024, the fall

https://strategic-culture.su/news/2024/12/09/syria-year-2024-the-fall/

… and a largish snip:

“What has Russia done about this? There has been no engagement in the theatre of war, except for a few air raids on specific positions on the first day. Iran? Not present at roll call. This clearly shows that there was an agreement, more or less known to the parties.

Let us not underestimate the Zionist issue from the Russian point of view: Russia is full of Israeli citizens, Zionists (especially among the oligarchs and politicians) and has very valuable trade with Israel. It could be that Russia actually carried out the ‘swap’ between Syria and Ukraine because this would be in the interests of Russian Zionists as opposed to Middle Eastern ones. It is a hypothesis that cannot be discarded.

Bashar al-Asssad has played his part. A betrayal of his people? Who ‘signed’ the agreement in Kazan? He probably sold what was left to save himself, perhaps even betrayed Russia. Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen are about to fall, Iran is facing enormous risks. Why this choice? Was there really nothing else that could be done? Where is the spirit of the revolution?

Assad is now in Moscow, under political asylum. We will see what he has to say.

Collaterally, extending the analysis, what happened shows that the BRICS+ are not ‘salvation’. On the contrary, they can represent a huge risk. The power of the BRICS+ is not yet sufficiently political and not yet coordinated with the strategic-military-antiterrorist power. This is a fact that is sadly confirmed by the fall of Assad’s Syria. The general infatuation of many, both in the East and the West, is now being tempered. Israel remains an economic and nuclear power, with footholds in the governments of most countries and unstoppable intelligence. War teaches much more realpolitik than geo-economic partnerships, unfortunately.

And what about Palestine? The Palestinian people will once again pay the price.

No trouble at all!

The greatest part of following all those ‘worldly’ epics presented to us is, …

… is being amazed how seamlessly - no gaps or voids being apparent - pundits (Crooke, Korybko, et al) adopt their ongoing fables into no ending chains of chatter. Almost alike good “improv comedy”. However, if you do carefully hear them out in between their lines, … large gaps and voids do clearly surface. Think ‘ad libbing without prior knowledge’. Just sayin’ things out loud…

Cheers,
