If one puts up enough paper and continues to throw in more paper, paper can wrap around the fire for a long time. Then, when the house of cards is burned down in the fire, that one will say, "Look, we have a surprise bonfile built just for you." We are in a pressure cooker now. Between Israel, the US, Iran, and the rest of the world, I suspect the US will break first. But whether that "break" is enough to change the US-Israel relationship is hard to say.
In the mid1800s Industrial Revolution the industrial capitalists were the good-guy rising-elites and reformists who sought to improve worker's lives so they would live longer and keep working past their 20s.
I think bureaucratic changes are all temporary. A lot of good ones took place well before WW-1, but they were soon lost to societies as financial elites broke Europe open to central banking.
As long as power comes through threat of violence and privation, then I think any bureaucracy will revert to having a strong, covert central power structure, which further strengthens after some tipping-point, until violence from over-squeezed workers and rising-elites erupts in another struggle.
Seeking, accepting and following Divine Guidance, not of any particular religion, but actual human spirituality, is the possible solution which I see, and it depends completely upon billions of individual choices to do so, like my choice.
Breath-holding is optional for a couple of minutes, but I don't.
It is hard to even tell what core-entities are within deep-state shadows and obscurations.
Who are the powerful human players?
What might be their perceived "interests" and intended pathways to greater personal power?
We know that "Israel" has multiple legal carve-outs from the US, and American funding which facilitates bribery and blackmail of elected US officials, who send more money and maintain legal immunity for the State of Israel, AIPAC, the ADL, etc.
It is all interconnected. I believe the long-term fix (if we human beings as a race can last that long) is to reduce the impact of inherited wealth. Without this, then meritocracy cannot be really operational. The laws protecting capital while looking down on other factors, and the widespread schemes of credits and loans. All three are factors related to money. As some old political wisdom has it (by my paraphrasing) : "the old way is to cut off people's heads by weapons to consolidate political power. Democracy is to count dollars rather than bullets." If we continue our current political schemes, we will never be able to reduce the influence of capitalists.
US democracy is about counting dollars. Democracy is a system of power residing with people. People can choose to prioritise community harmony over individual wealth. That isn't communism anywhere outside the ill-educated US political bunfights, you know.
Individually who makes wealth by talents, hard working, or even simply good luck, should be more or less left unmolested. However, inherited wealth is the main source of problems in the Western style democracy, the US included. If you check the names of wealthy donors, a lot of them are based on inheritance.
George Sorors made it rich but that was because the Western stock trading and finance system allowed him to do so. When capital no longer receives preferential treatment, getting rich by playing the stock or commodity market to get rich will become much more difficult.
Bill Gates came from an upper-class family, if not exactly rich. However, he made his fortune mostly by his own. The society has fewer reasons to go against his personal wealth while he is alive. However, there are other laws and social norms being broken by his money, sometimes through his foundation. If I were to prosecute BG, I will do that not because of his money, but what he had done for the pandemic, vaccines, and other things.
"Immortal" corporations are also a big problem. They used to exist for just one purpose, like building a canal, after which they were dissolved. The British and Dutch East India Companies are an important example.
Capitalists shall not be allowed to engage in foreign exploration, period, let alone using private lethal forces. The exception is when foreign governments are properly consulted.
There is no predicting the exact moment of collapse nor time to read all the articles posted here, but I predict this - "collapse of faulty systems is pre-ordained" - and collapse they will cause they are faulty no doubt.
So best to plan in advance, and then if you get the blessing of time you can be even more prepared for the inevitable collapse that basically is "in the cards" already - cause I don't know about my neighbors, but I can literally FEEL a collapse coming - and guess what - at this moment in time after so much harm has been caused - I want it! I'm ready and I know others are as well - so bring the collapse on - cause better ideas beckon!
Collapse can mean many things: collapse in the paper value of stocks and shares; collapse in food supplies (rather more serious); collapse in law + order (dangerous for pacifists like me); collapse in nation states (usually involves temporary collapse in law and order); collapse in dominant mantras ('greed is good', 'war creates jobs', 'treat people like absolute shit then claim decency via 'charitable giving'' etc etc).

not in our lifetime, anyway.

"A republic, if you can keep it..."
We couldn't, really...

The devil is always in the details... "Collapse" may be a long and dysfunctional process.
Hell, it may already be underway, for all I know. ;-/
Can't argue with that friend from Tejas!

Thank you. It's the smaller garden behind the Austin duplex.
