I used to think fraud would vitiate this immunity claim but now not so sure. There’ll have to be extrajudicial measures ...it could get ugly but perhaps that needs to happen.

I have skimmed over that link. It appears to have good, safe health advice from a holistic perspective. I scrolled to almost the bottom and saw black & white photos of people with bad teeth from processed foods, linked to the Weston Price Foundation, which reminded me of pictures at my doctor's office when I was a boy. The Weston Price Foundation site does have links to my childhood doctor, Francis Pottenger MD, who also did research on natural dietary treatment for modern "disease" states.

These injections were going to be approved no matter what. Sasha is right they were "fake" approvals.
But the poor quality and other actions by the manufacturers also do not make sense, even if the regulators failed in their task. Brand name manufacturers are usually proud of their ability to produce a high quality product, if only to compare themselves to generics. They don't release metal containing vials or continue with poorly labelled vials that contribute to dosing errors and usually address those issues without any regulators calling them out. Otherwise it is bad for the brand.
And that only a few of these manufacturing issues have been addressed over the last 2 years has me looking for other explanations.
The "prototype developers", Pfizer & Moderna, were not the "manufacturers", in this instance. Everything appears to have been running based upon orders from above and a timeline.
All of the entities behave s if there will never be any repercussions to face. That is the real puzzle to me. Why do they all behave as if this will never have consequences for them?
Any way you cut it, it's not the DoD alone to blame, so many people involved from top to bottom, left to right, globally. I especially blame those that promote, endorse, vote to approve, even stay in their job or position to follow "orders" to enable and enforce a mandate of an experimental drug/treatment/procedure/application with or without so-called informed consent.
The manufacturers are exempt from liability as long as "intent to harm" cannot be proven in court. It was possible to prove it already in November, 2021:

Thy are bringing suit against many of the names we have seen involved in this whole thing. I wonder if he is aware of the background you've covered here. Truly an eyeopener for all! I am interested in the mass resistance tactic. Coming from my past with SANE-Freeze and striving to stop Contra Aid and end U.S. funding of death squads in El Salvador and being on the phones trying to prevent Gulf War 1 as Scuds hit Jerusalem I would hope enough grass roots support can be mobilized. The legal angle at best amuses me. The criminal state is above the law in the main. Congress is a body refusing responsibility and permitting the most criminal actions of the government to remain funded. Or if not funded then ignored. Funding can be had covertly after all.
