People are "brought to war" by the rational decisions of the owner-class, and manipulated emotionally to bring them to a state of maximal suggestibility and low rationality, where mass-emotions are induced, to activate the mass-killing mode in the crowds.
This is cynical, of course, but it is necessary to view it from the operational-perspective, not the lived perspective of the humans-being-manipulated-outside-of-their-conscious-understanding.

Please provide a link to ANY proof of Saudi Arabia having used a nuclear weapon in Yemen?
Also, the CIA at one point publicly mentioned that some of their analysts believed that Saudi Arabia might have already BOUGHT tactical nuclear weapons- But from PAKISTAN. To deter ISRAEL. Why, exactly would Israel now be supplying the Saudis with nuclear weapons?
I was as interested in that statement as you are, and am awaiting further corroboration, as you are, and have asked for any which might be available, as you have.

We would like to think that the US and Russia have institutions such that no one who is mad enough to want to blow up the planet can get near the Red Button. But we know this is not true.
What makes the situation exponentially more dangerous is the existence of an underground haven where powerful people think they can survive a nuclear war and take possession of a depopulated planet thereafter. I don't know if it's real, but there are multiple claims of underground cities connected by thousands of miles of tunnels.
