"Natto" has nattokinase, but there are lots of supplements. Amazon (evil empire) has lots. I sorted through based n lowest price per unit, and picked the higher-dose pills for the lower price.
I did other searches. The same principle can be applied. You are targeting about 12,000 FUs (fibrinolytic units) per day. INattokinase comes in 2000, 4000 and a few 6000FU doses.
I found 10 cents per pill for 150 pills of 4000FU (200 mg) in 2 different brands.
3 pills per day of that dosage would be the closest fit to the study data.

Peoples Pharmacy might have it locally as well it seems that the super mushroom combos also have similar effects.
Yea Amazon had the greatest variety ( and cheapest ) but I will see what H-E-B has as well as People Pharmacy at 620 and 183.

I found several types, rice bran that has been enzymatically activated seems very common.
"NK Activation" in this article refers to "natural killer" white blood cells, not nattokinase.
