John do you even sleep!? Haven't had much time for reading lately, a bit busy. I personally believe that the BRICS is another attempt at a global .gov just with a different batch of oligarchs. The CCP's social credit system seems to be the direction of both sides on this. It's stacking up as a fight between who gains control of the reins. In the meantime "kill 'em all and let god sort them out".

Thanks Red. I stack tabs and group them sometimes for days, before compiling all the texts and snippets for a send. I am a fairly fast reader.

A lot of the headlines are enough.

I try to make it skim as fast as I can, but it is clearly a lot of information going into the picture of our World In Changes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIxKq0rAblE

My stats tell me most people won’t read italics…. About 70% …

There are bolds thrown in for critical phrases within the italics, which are what I excerpt from the article. There are various contexts for italics. It is hard to sort out.

I scan things myself to see how they "pop", of course.

Italics separate the excerpts from my words as I do this.

Quotes get too complicated.

John,

As you already know I’m your big fan, especially of you substack, right? If your fan told you to improve your blog, would you do it?

I do what I can each day, based upon what I find. What do you suggest?

I try to help the skimmers catch as much as possible.

I’d suggest a bullet point summary at the beginning of each post. People like me are increasingly disinterested in reading stuff that doesn’t concern us.

When I wrote my online courses for my patients/clients my first students, like my wife, told me get to the point first before elaborating on details…

If it doesn’t work, you can always go back, no? ;-)
