Raw foods are said to contain negative charge, while cooked foods contain positive charge. That's according to some Earthing videos I've seen lately.

Our bodies and blood have negative charge, so anything positive that gets into the blood tends to cause clotting, which clogs capillaries and causes microstrokes in organs. Spike proteins in viruses and vaxes have areas of strong positive charge.

Cooking kills pathogens in food and makes some foods more digestible etc.
