I don't believe that this type of commerce will last much longer. My fear is is that it may last just long enough to destroy a lot of our local food production capacity. Bringing it back from an overgrown wilderness or worse out from under the concrete and asphalt will take more than one growing season.

It strikes me as a profound shame that wholesome local food in Scotland is undersold by jet airplane loads from the other side of the planet.
