  A little earlier Yair Lapid had told The Times of Israel in an interview—“all the signs, all the red flags, all the warnings” were there but Netanyahu “ignored them all”.   Ukraine Threatens Mongolia With ‘Consequences’ For Not Arresting Putin Putin’s visit to Mongolia is his first to a member state of the ICC since the court issued a warrant for his arrest in March 2023.

  The Russian Armed Forces destroyed a group of instructors from Sweden in Poltava who were training the Ukrainian Armed Forces to operate Saab 340 AEWCS AWACS aircraft   On the morning of September 3, the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on Poltava. At least two powerful explosions were recorded on the territory of the 179th training center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' signal troops (military unit A3990) on Zinkivska Street.
  According to available information, in addition to Ukrainian servicemen, several military specialists (instructors) from Sweden, who were training representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to operate Saab 340 AEWCS (ASC 890) AWACS aircraft, were killed as a result of the fire.   Before that, the Swedish authorities had announced that they were going to supply Kyiv with a couple of the aforementioned long-range radar detection aircraft. Therefore, Stockholm could have gotten busy and sent its military specialists to Ukrainian territory in advance so that they could train Ukrainian crews and technical personnel in conditions as close to combat as possible. Now the Swedes will have to weigh the risks.
  It is worth noting that this attack by the Russian Armed Forces was aimed at destroying the enemy's military infrastructure and neutralizing trained or training personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But this case became especially noticeable and resonant not only due to the large losses (officially over 50 were killed, and about 220 were wounded) among the enemy personnel, but also due to the presence of groups of foreigners there.
  The destruction of the instructors will undoubtedly affect the integration of the said aircraft with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We cannot judge how much the relations between Stockholm and Kiev will become more complicated, but the Scandinavians' zeal should diminish. It feels like internally the rolling of heads has begun.

Kiev’s financial adviser arranged face-to-face meetings with bondholders in July 2022 after initial talks failed, according to a report   Kiev announced last week that it had reached an agreement with a group of foreign investors to restructure its $20 billion debt. Bondholders – including US financial giants BlackRock and Pimco, as well as French asset manager Amundi – granted Ukraine a two-year debt freeze in February 2022 when the conflict with Russia broke out.
  The bondholders’ committee, which represents the holders of 25% of the bonds, has agreed to accept losses of 37%, or $8.7 billion, on the nominal value of their debt.
  The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reportedly confirmed that the deal was compatible with the parameters of its $122 billion aid package to Kiev. In parallel with Brussels’ announcement, the European Court of Auditors is pressing for part of the blocked amount to be used to pay the fine.
  The European Commission has again ordered Hungary to pay the €200 million fine imposed by the European Court of Justice by Sept. 17 at the latest; it must also pay €1 million a day as long as Hungary delays the implementation of EU rules.

  There is no appetite whatsoever to remove the liability protection for vaccines. Too many members are dependent on support from the drug companies.
It’s unlikely they will be able to create a $15B fund for the vaccine injured. Only about 5% of the members/staff believe vaccine injured people exist and there is no budget for this. It has to be allocated using a special mechanism that is hard to access.
  There are only 6 members of Congress where the staff members have realized that the vaccine harms > non-existent benefits. There are 425 members of the House so that’s only 1.5% who have figured it out.
  All the rest believe the benefits far outweigh the risks, so they have no regrets about the COVID vaccination program.
Those members of Congress who do acknowledge the harms privately are afraid to speak out publicly about them for fear of retribution from their colleagues and the mainstream media.
  Members of the Freedom Caucus are reluctant to speak out because they know that if they support a bill, the Democrats will vote against it on that basis alone.

​  Wait, this saved the earth in the movie!  NASA spacecraft collision may have created a meteor shower that will last for 100 years   Rocky debris blasted away from the tiny asteroid Dimorphos when NASA’s DART spacecraft intentionally slammed into it in 2022 could create the first human-made meteor shower known as the Dimorphids, new study has found.
​  The space agency planned the DART, or Double Asteroid Redirection Test, mission to carry out a full-scale assessment of asteroid deflection technology on behalf of planetary defense.
​  NASA wanted to see whether a kinetic impact — such as crashing a spacecraft into an asteroid at 13,645 miles per hour (6.1 kilometers per second) — would be enough to change the motion of a celestial object in space.
​  Neither Dimorphos or the large parent space rock it orbits, known as Didymos, pose a danger to Earth. Still, the double-asteroid system was a perfect targetto test deflection technology because Dimorphos’ size is comparable to asteroids that could threaten our planet.
​  Astronomers have used ground-based telescopes to monitor the impact’s aftermath for nearly two years, and they determined that the DART spacecraft did successfully change the way Dimorphos moves, shifting the moonlet asteroid’s orbital period — or how long it takes to make a single revolution around Didymos — by about 32 to 33 minutes.
​  But scientists also estimated the intentional collision generated more than 2 million pounds (nearly 1 million kilograms) of rocks and dust— enough to fill about six or seven rail cars. Where exactly in space all of that material will end up has remained an open question.
​  Now, new research suggestsfragments of Dimorphos will arrive in the vicinity of Earth and Mars within one to three decades, with the possibility that some debris could reach the red planet within seven years.
