Russian Military Blows Whistle on Bill Gates’ ‘Bioterrorism’ Plot to ‘Reduce Population’ Russia’s Ministry of Defense (MOD) has accused billionaire Bill Gates of funding “bioterrorism-related activities with the goal of population reduction.”
