Israel needs the US to attack Iranian nuclear facilities, deep underground, with huge 30,000 poind bunker-buster bombs, or nuclear bunker-buster bombs, dropped from B2 Stealth bombers, directly over those targets, which puts the bombers at great risk, especially as Russia and China would love the chance to see if and how-best their missile systems can shoot them down.

Israel will need to get the US into this war, and the US President, under the War Powers Act, can respond in "self defense" without Congressional approval. Israel needs for America to have a "third Pearl Harbor". What will fill the bill? How about those 3 US aircraft carrier strike groups in the region? How about some US military base?
