There is so much going on in the news, and much of it seems contradictory, or changes completely from morning to afternoon, that it is difficult to keep up with, but there are unifying principles at play.
Global, "western" $US-based finance, predicated on real returns upon lending at interest, is meeting the long decline in real industrial economy, and everything possible has been squeezed out of workers and industrial plants. Maintenance has been delayed to breakdown.
Global finance, "old money", seems to be incorporated in "The City of London", as much as anything, though it is distributed in Paris, New York, Frankfurt, and transnationally, also. It is UK/"London" bets against Russia and for Ukraine which had to be renegotiated last summer. They are bad, but cannot be admitted, so they are being serviced with more borrowing.
Europe is suddenly talking about huge military spending to be borrowed, but the German bond market just puked. There is a European "summit" ongoing now, with Rothschild-Paris banker Macron sounding very belligerent against Russia in an official address last night. He is threatening Russia with French nuclear weapons stationed in Germany, it seems... Russia is alarmed. March is the best month to start a big war, according to the Pentagon and ancient Rome. Rome always started a war when citizens grew restless and rebellious.
The Roman system was based on support of the lenders of debt at interest, the usurers, which system persists, and is naturally prone to crises, such as we are entering, where debt is unsustainable, and somebody must accept losses for the economy to restructure in a constructive way and proceed to provide for the needs of society. More ancient financial systems, where most debt was to kings and temples, would periodically forgive or reduce debts, to stabilize the economy and nation.
If we compare financial globalist interests, which keep power and ownership in the hands of the usurers, and nationalist interests, which seek to rebuild functional national economies and strong societies, we can see this recurring clash of civilizations.
In this contexts Russia under Putin, the USA under Trump, Hungary under Orban, India under Modi, Iran and China all have a certain shared interest in maintaining national integrity, though it is common to hold internally-conflicted positions.
This comes to a head in the Ukraine proxy war. It is time to cut losses, but "London" cannot admit losses, because "London" is bankrupt, and nbeeds WW-3 to maintain power and "ownership". That system of control by global usurers needs to be gently deflated without WW-3, and we, all of us, need to build national life-support systems with what we have, as oil supplies decline from the post-2018-peak plateau they are in.

Ukraine has a lot of February and March 2025 IMF loan payments due, after restructuring last August, which total to around $2 million, and according to a staff level review at the end of February, Ukraine is still drawing down funds, which is fine if it increases and collects the cigarette tax.
